About Me
I majored in Media Arts and minored in Studio Art at the University of South Carolina where I also competed on the swimming and diving team. After spending 2 years at Sorinex Exercise Equipment as a graphic and web designer on their marketing team, I went on to work for Cardinal Newman High School as an art teacher and social media manager. I teach high school painting, ceramics, digital art, and run an art club which is just as fun as it sounds!
I balance my day job with freelance work including fine art commissions, web design, logos and graphics, cards and prints, and photography. I love being busy and constantly progressing my skills, so I’m always open for freelance work. I am itching to create at all times, and love spend my free time making art no matter what the medium is. Though, the medium that has always spoken to me the most is painting. To quote Frida Kahlo, “The only thing I know is that I paint because I need to”.
